Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:

Shipping costs are displayed in the table below.

Shipping is not possible for orders over 99kg.

A new order can be placed if needed.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:

Shipping via freight carrier: €78

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad based on shipping weight:

Shipping costs are displayed in the table below.

Shipping is not possible for orders over 63kg.

A new order can be placed if needed.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 2-10 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 2-10 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
